Re UNC + EVT That might be an incentive, my own thoughts were that these guys are so old that they are doing inheritance planning and figure they will only pay tax on the market value not the real value. Maybe another 10years when they are dead and their kids want to spend some money will you see real values, Scott PS, mentioned earlier was the Templeton fund also with a big discount, only thing I don't like about it is the high MER, maybe justified based on holdings..
