Katzenberg left Disney and what happened to Disney? Nothing. People come and they go...but the product stays the same and in fact sometimes improves when key people leave. When Welch leaves GE...will you think and say something is going on there? COO's and CTO's have different functions as well as titles, but then again, you probably think they are one and the same. Shame on you for not knowing the difference. But then again...with a name like Floyd what can you expect ;-)
