All markets have regulatory bodies, SB. The Fed just sets the target for inter-bank loans. I am not just proposing that we replace the Fed with Tice-n-Mike. I am suggesting that all loans, even when a third grader recklessly lends a quarter to the next kid in class thus adding to the money supply, be moderated by them.
