The falling price doesn't seem to be unique to CYMI. Prices of LRCX and COHU, among others, have also taken a big hit the last couple of days. (COHU also had a bunch of insider selling recently. How has the insider trading situation been for the other companies in the industry?) Anyway, the fall seems to be affecting the whole sector, so the specific circumstances of CYMI are probably not the explanation.

Oracle great results mean that chip and cap equipment future is secure. KLIC is showing increasing backlog, prices, delivery times. SPIE tech papers were overwhelmingly optical (DUV) to 70nm (and below). Times are great for CYMI, the numbers will be forthcoming shortly.
