I agree that it is quite ordinary for the stock to consolidate here at least for a few days if not more. As we all know, there are several catalysts on the horizon and I expect the stock will in time move much higher.

I still expect this stock will see more and more new money, and would would not be surprised to eventually see some of the large cap tech money looking for a new home make its way here, especially if the Nasdaq Comp. and 100 trade sideways for a little while.

Don't know the size of the holding in Ceon, it is a Berkeley holding; they did a second round of financing in November 1999. Saba will do very well, this has very good if not the best team of underwriters, and is a solid company. Take a look at their management and current customer list.

SABA was mentioned in this article along with another like company that now has a market cap of 1.7 billion. I don't think it unrealistic if the market values SABA at 2 billion or more:

Also, I think NUFO could easily be in the 2 or 3 billion range, or more. One thing to keep in mind, even if you don't believe these companies are worth the market caps they are given, is that a larger company can use their currency (i.e. their stock) to acquire companies such as NUFO and SABA because it is important to get in this space as quickly as possible and they are willing to pay such prices.
