re: value/growth in techs, You could've bought SLR last week. It was sporting a 14 P/E then. IRF may pull back to a P/E of around 20 if it gets to mid 30's.

Well today value soared as growth got hit. Make no mistake. The reason for the jump in value was the big drop in crude and expectations for more of the same.

I expect value to rally considerably further the next few weeks with the Dow approaching 11,000 again. VIX at 25 allows for considerably more "old economy" upside before euphoria sets in.

But nice is this rally is and will be, it is NOT a new bull market. The pending drop in crude back to $25 (or lower) is the final harrah for the bulls the way I see it. Recent lows will be tested again this spring.

So enjoy the rally but don't hang around too long.
