The recent Morgan Stanley Dean Witter downgrade was driven by a lack of information on the business in general and on handset sales in particular, problems with Ericy leading to a handset shortage, and shifting of expectations into the future. The lack of information was by far the principal reason the "risk outweighs the rewards" at present.
