Dear Nick: To me at least MEAD is not that attractive. First off, I dont see where their product is all that high tech. Secondly OEM deals rarely are that profitable for the supplier, especially when dealing with a commoditized product which I PRESUME it has. I would investigate further If I was thinking of buying. Today was purely a momementum drive based IMHO NOT on the value of MEAD but on the perceived value of its customer. These, however, are just my off the cuff comments. I have done no real research on MEAD. JDN
