The Constitution says nothing. The Supreme Court, in a decision that is widely viewed as flawed, said that abortions could not be banned in the first trimester, and that they could be regulated to a greater degree thereafter. Even Roe did not make the right absolute. In any event, I had hoped for a more pertinent response, but I suppose this will have to do........
