I meant it in the context of history repeats. As in "these guys are a pretty good indicator of where we are in the semi expansion cycle, they sell just before the crest." Because of their unique product, they would have special insight into what is actually going on in the Far East. Keep in mind this is simply a WAG and I don't have a clue if it's correct or not. Just trying to figure out why we have such horrible relative performance to the group.

As a follow up re Lerach, I believe his firm lost a multi-million $ judgement for defamation or something like that a year or so ago, and they didn't have insurance. We haven't heard as much from his firm since them.

Akins did a good (if brief) job on CNBC Squawk Box this AM. Started the interview by saying "Business is doing well, thank you. It's doing better than our expectations." No preannounce of vastly higher earnings, alas.

By the way, why does one sell 20k shares just before going on the road to talk up the company? This does not compute.
