Richard-GLB declaration of the .42 dividend was encouraging.
This is my biggest position and as I recall was one of your favorites as it drifted down last year. I would expect that as dividends are declared and maintained the same during the next few weeks that would be a very positive sign since the boards I assume evaluate the prospects each quarter. My next biggest positions are HRP and NHP so I'll be watching those carefully to see what the dividend action is. Bob

Any dividend plays for the late Mar ex-divs that you particularly like? Really just looking for quick dividend captures and out by early April. I'am not quite ready yet to commit LT. Anything in this group you like (or hate)....EOP FCH GL GLB KPA KRC TCO UDM WXH?

Richard, new to the thread. I'm looking for some reasonably stable REIT's with decent dividends to steady my tech holdings. Hope this wasn't too open-ended.
