Le profiteur: Welcome to the thread.

We can add that question to the long list of things I don't understand about how stocks are traded.

I've invited a few fellow SIers who seem to know a whole lot more about Brokerage House Trading than I do, to join us.

Action Direct hasn't never partially filled an order for me with less than 100 shares.

I watch other houses trade tiny amounts, sometimes less than 10 shares. Frankly, I don't understand how those trades could be profitable, after deducting brokerage fees.
