I'm stumped also. I would think ETEK would at least be trading evenly with JDSU (2xJDSU). Perhaps, not hearing anything by now is a flag that there are problems with government approval. Another possibly negative sign is that there was more block volume than usual, 70,000 shares. The large institutional investors are likely to know more than the retail crowd. Generally blocks of over 2,000 shares were sell orders, but there were also a considerable number of large buy orders.
