Will someone please tell me what "Curbs In" means??

It has something to do with the way you turn your wheels when parking on a hill.

Sarkie- Curbs in means that the index is down so much that to remove some volatility they are not allowing program (or computerized) trading. When the index recovers 50% of it's loss they are lifted. Jeff
