As of the close today there is now a premium should one purchase TLTN over WSTL, TLTN/3.3 = 33.90.

The vote is tomorrow, so based on the above it appears the merger is going through.

Eli, just a few weeks back the techs shook off rate fears and blew right by them as the Dow crumbled. The "old Economy" companies are more prone to take the hit with rate increases thus $ will flow back into the techs shortly. At least I hope so <G> DB
