Thanks for your answers, Stephen and John!

This seems to be ultimate timing. But, is it Cad not USD? And how big are the losses that BWR takes over from the seller? Wasnït it bigger than this? Any source, please?:

"PS Cambior is primarily a gold producing company that got itself into serious financial difficulty hedging its gold production. It has been forced to liquidate assets to cover its losses. This has provided the opportunity to Breakwater to expand the number of mines it operates. They have acquired these mines for less than 3 times Cash Flow. In other words in 2+ years of production they will have paid completely for these assets. Another way to look at it is to consider the accretive cash flow of $25 million Cdn. This is 30c per share. Apply a 5 multiple and you could see BWR adding $1.50 per share in value when the sentiment turns in mining stocks."
