I agree with the spirit of your opinion. As for the law, its
a different game. But patent attorneys know it, pat. After
all, that's how they earn their living.

Anyhow, I doubt if this lawsuit is going to instill any
great degree of FUD in Citrix customers' minds and mess up
sales of the new Solaris release.

Thanks David - There was some discussion on the thread last fall regarding that ( the x - windows business ). I looked back but couldn't find it.

Sounds a little ridiculous to me also. If Citrix did something similar, they might try patenting a part of microsoft's NT technology.
