National Bank, as of yesterday, had bought 438K shares at an average price of $1.03 and sold 273K shares at an average price of 72c for the previous month. There is obviously a lot of pain here; the sales were most likely coaxed by the steady price erosion over the past few days after the big drop. Now, which rule number was that ? (It was not a deliberate attempt to trash Flag by National IMO).

No, I don't think Murdo had anything to do with the National Bank sales today either. There are a couple of candidate brokers that I have in mind (both reachable by phone) that Murdo probably uses (Sorry, I'm not saying which). If he sold some good lots (probable), they were'nt in the 50c range :-}
