Dear David: Yes, what you say is true over the short term. THEN WHAT? Once the blue chips are brought back up to a reasonable price for their value I see no place for momentum investors left there due to slow growth. What I see happening is the large cap Tech stocks reappearing as the market leaders. The area of greatest risk at least to me is the overpriced Internuts, and overpriced techs like CREE and RMBS who, although they are FINE COMPANIES have been driven up to prices which are totally beyond the realm of sound investing. David, I own ORCL, and all I saw were upgrades...who downgraded them? They were downgraded 2/3 days ago by somebody who missed the boat on ORCL the last time....so I wouldn't trust them too much.
