Stephan, Apparently ZiaSun is not running from the "truth" as you deem it to be, since they are looking to pursue you and Floyd to the ends of the earth. If not in Seattle, then in San Diego... if not San Diego, where's next? They are apparently convinced that you've lied. Seeing what you post on the CYBR board, I would be inclined to believe that also. Free speech doesn't cover slander and defamation - and considering that you're essentially a professional short seller, I would suspect that it's high time for you to worry about how your actions will be perceived if you ever get a jury trial...
