Be extremely careful when shorting into a rally that just began... you need to know what you're doing when it comes to the futures markets... a net short position may not be the proper hedge for your portfolio.. if you're already short, then where will you place your stop? Be careful and don't let it get out of control.....

Went short the S&P for June at 1405.5 this afternoon, couldn't pick top. Still trying to figure how to protect tech portfolio.

This, Cramer argues, is the hedger's strategy that drove short-covering in the Dow/S&P and killed Naz today. The S&P and Naz are now inversely correlated and squeeze likely to continue until all hedgers capitulate.
