I'm not sure I understand what your problem is.... If the file downloaded properly, then you need to locate the file on your hard drive (using Windows Explorer), and execute it. It will then install itself into Netscape Plugins, and you're done. Go back into the Timebeat web site, and click on a merchandise image that has a "More" underneath it, and you'll see the image as lifelike as can be! I hope this helps. Mike P.S.
