Banking & Finance Briefings 3/16/00 Indian Express HDFC Bank to launch e-broking in equities HDFC Bank is considering to launch an e-broking product to facilitate trading in stocks on the Net. The bank's board of directors will meet on March 29 to consider the e-broking proposal. Centurion Bank branch in Vapi Centurion Bank on wednesday, launched its full fledged branch in Vapi, Gujarat. The new branch is fully computerised with online link to the central computer system through V-SAT. BoB to open branch in Mauritius Bank of Baroda has decided to open yet another branch in Mauritius, subject to the permission of the RBI, Bank of Mauritius and Government of India. Bank of Baroda's presence in Mauritius includes a territorial office, seven branches and an offshore banking unit at Port Louis.
