I know Flag has got aleast Gerald Gereghty who has worked with Inco for 31 years before he joined as Flag Resource Head Geologist in 1996. There is also 4 consulting geologists, Peter Giblin retired Ontario Minstry of Northern Developmant and Mines, Phil Brown, Swastika Laboratories, A.J. Naldrett and Peter Lightfoot Ontario Geological Survey and Geological Survey of Canada.

A trip down memory lane!!

NR by NR report!!

1) Canadian Journal of Earth Sciences, Volume 30, 1993, it was noted that the amount of Pt and Pd in the Rathbun Lake Occurance is some of the highest known to be associated with mafic rock.

2) A 1996 OGS Study 58, by Naldrett and Lightfoot on petrology and geochemistry of the Nipissing Gabbro, in Ontario, states there is well documented assocation of mineralization with hypersthene-rich, high magnessium rock, with lower abumdance of titanium and zirconium in Nipissing Gabbro. The study says the typical exploration target to look for, in geochemical sampling, include 9% or better magnesium oxide and 0.41 percent or less titanium.

One mile south of the Rathbun Lake Occurance, in the Wanapiti Gabbro Intrusion 44 geochemical samples, over the length of 3000 feet, assayed from 9% to over 12% magnesium oxide and from 0.20 to 0.48% titanium. Most of the higher nickel and copper values, from the geochemical sampling are in the3000 foot long zone, evidence supporting the association of mineralization with high magnesieum oxide and low titannium values in Nipissing Gabbro.

3) Flag proposes to run a downhole geophysical probe, on a 2500 foot deep vertical drill hole, ML94-1, located on the west shore of Matagamasi Lake. The drill hole intersected 1114 feet of disseminnated nickel and copper mineralization, introduced into pebbly wake sediments, from 416 to 1530 feet. It is apparently the largest intersection of disseminated mineralization that has been found in the Sudbury mining camp.

An unusual ocurrence is the presence of rectangular fragments, up to 1.0 c.m. in diameter, in the drill core, consisting of massive sulfides.

The downhole geophysical probe will look for a source of the large zone of disseminated mineralization within a 600 foot radius, approximately, of the drill hole.

4) There are faults from the northwest and northeast arms of Matagamisi Lake that appear to be coinciding near the vicinity of the drill hole. The McClaren Creek Fault appears to be extending north close to the west shore of the lake.

5) It is suggested that the igneous intrusion source of the mineralization would have to be of cosiderable magnitude, and in close proximity, to transport 1506 feet of disseminated mineralization into the Gowganda sedimentary rock.

After reviewing the results of a recently completed down hole pulse E.M. survey, in the drill hole, an initial 1000 foot exploratory drill hole is to be drilled due east into Matagamsi Lake.

6) A drill hole into disseminated mineralization due east of the vertical discovery hole is drilling in Gowganda sediments at 60 degrees into Matagamsi Lake is 1000 feet deep, extending the disseminated mineralization 500 feet into the lake and at the depth of 850 feet.

7) The step out hole, 1200 feet to the south, is being drilled east, at 70 degrees, with Matagamsi Lake, prior to the deepening the 2500 vertical discovery hole. Both holes are still in dissemnated mineralization, as there is geological evidence of the indicated mineralized igneous intrusion being closer to the surface, including the apparent intersection of three fault zones.

The discovery and development of the mineralized igneous intrusion indicated to exist adjoining or in the Matagamsi Lake, would open up the mineral potential of the 15 mile long Wanapitei Gabbro Intrusion on the 54 mile long Wanapeiti Anomoly!!!!!

I figured you people would like to catch up on some lost tidbits of information you may of looked over and what the importance it is to the vertical hole their sitting on right now. Murdo has done all the preliminary work up to date and I personally know its more than any or everyone that even thinks they have a play in the Sudbury region, Murdo going to prove the large one in the nexted short while so keep on watching folks!!! Hasta la Vista!!!!!

Ali,

Someone is in a hurry to sell....343 shares at .40 ?

Maybe they are trying to start something?
