The guy who bought LSI in 1995 had to wait a really long time to get back to where he started from and now is seeing a good return. Look at AMD or even MU in the same light, although AMD still has a way to go and I cannot bring myself to buy it although I did run up with it a few times in the past. The question is this: will a stock that has faltered ever come back? Sometimes the answer is no, or no not for five or ten years. I would not want to own that stock -- although, come to think of it, I own some gold stocks that, hmmmm........
