Carl--- try manually entering this jibberish below in your MS explorer browser---this appears on my screen as Etrade's home page with Ebay offer on it. If it doesn't work, there may be some way that spending time on ebay (or registering with ebay) puts a cookie on your computer, and then Etrade reads it and pops up the offer on the home page. The Etrade homepage says "welcome ebay member" on it. Anyway,sometimes my screen shows ebay, and sometimes its air miles. Good luck with it. etrade.com
