i want to go long, because a ton of stocks look oversold in biotechs for 1-2 day bounces... but i refuse to go long if it doesn't sell off sharply, inflicting the final (short-term) ring of panic. i'd rather sit out the risky reversal than take a loss... (as a result, i've got a few potential shorts with the futures up so much, but realize the potential is limited...)
