Thanks Dorothy, Moderate Sell signal generated on the SPX. I am look for a test of 1390 area. I expect it to hold. COMPX tested the support around 4400, near the 50 day EMA. We are rebounding now, but looking at the trading on the QQQ's the rebound is on declining volume (ie... not much conviction). The bonds, financials and retail look alright. I think most of the damage of a 1/4 point rise has been priced into the market at this point. I have not seen an subtantial revision of earnings estimates for the second Q. Most telecom stocks have a weak first Q. Since most of the current rise in the market has been telccom driven I see no reason for the market to fall apart at this point.
