Well, there's the stock in the option plan, but other than that it's not significant ... maybe it's just a spin announcement, as they're hinting at needing the shares for a split or acquisitions.

Glenn, you know they always approve the shares outstanding well before announcing the 3:1. They're simply gearing up for the huge stock price increase once they announce profitability has moved up from 2010 to 2007... ;-)

Yes, I do (still) own AMZN.
