Retta: In terms of getting beat to the punch, I don't think so. No one else has claimed to be such an all-encompassing multicodec player at this point. Also, if you peruse the Sunday paper supplements of retailers such as Best Buy and Curcuit City, you won't find much in the way of digital players. There are a few MP3's. But will MP3 really survive in the coming secure music onslaught?

You're correct in that there will be plenty of room for competition. Just look at the number of brands of cassette tape, VHS and CD machines. No one is starving.

I do agree some money has left for the time being. That's continuing today. I attribute that to Falk's statement and the general move to quality the past few days, as I stated previously. RK

Retta, the time frame could well have been from the date of filing. Unfortunately, the statement was ambiguous. So, could be 'any day now' or longer. It is, after all, up to the NAZis.
As to the pull back, which is occurring, difficult to say. You are in at a relatively safe level, but in the investing game...there are no holds barred. We do seem to be rallying, though.
I have to disagree with RKHIII...hey..this is a quality stock..(I know what you meant).
The room for competition exists, we are more than a one trick pony, also.
ALSO...those *&(^%$#@#$%^ MMs stuck it too the worried...once again. I look forward to the day those thieving dinosaurs meet the meteor of extinction.
Best, Savant...may you make the right decision.
