You're right about AlGore aping the great Ronald Reagan with his manner and his hairstyle.

AlGore is also stealing Reagan's lines, he seems to love repeating "You ain't seen nothing yet".

I guess it's understandable that he would mimic Reagan, the last lion of the 20th Century. Sure beats anything memorable from Slick.
