I wouldn't worry too much, the company garnered something like $930 million from the stock sale to Janus a couple months back. Robertson analyst Sheryl Skolnik remarked in her research that the sale to Janus allows HLTH not to have to go to the public markets for cash.

Just started averaging down today, the HLTH story hasn't changed, just the market sentiment - patience will be your best friend -

if there's one thing i've learned, it's that one should not attempt to catch a falling knife... i'm waiting for it to hit the floor before i pick it up... now, if i can just figure out where that damn floor is! <g> all the TA in the world isn't helping anyone now... i still say TA is best suited for economists, as they both do such a good job of telling you what "just happened". further, economics and TA both work well in a "static" environment... oh well, i won't keep going.... not in, yet. but very close. i like the way the naz has rebounded, but am somewhat perplexed as to why HLTH hasn't followed it....
