Wouldn't call this morning quiet Buzz--LOL but it was definitely a buy op. This is triple witching Friday, so the deals are here for the taking today.

This tech sector has way too much going for it right now for it to stay down for long.

There's no quiet period required for applying for a NASDAQ listing.

Quiet periods are related to sales of shares to the public - IPOs, secondaries, etc. The purpose of the quiet period is to avoid having the company hype itself to the public during this period.

The NASD is presumably made up of professionsals who are more resistent to hype than the public - thus, no quiet period.
