(CDNX:BOP)(``Border'') and the Dion Group are pleased to announce a final settlement of all outstanding issues between them. Other than the operation of the St. Mary's gaming facility in New Brunswick, the settlement has the effect of terminating all joint projects involving the two groups, and resolving all matters in dispute, whether in arbitration or before the courts.
