agreement to purchase the assets of Club Computer.com for a price of $2
million. ClubComputer.com is the leading membership computer products
e-taileron on the Internet supplying products to over twenty-five thousand
subscribers and generating revenues of $5 million.

The acquisition will enable INFe.com to use ClubComputer.com?s E-Commerce
software platform to sell products to its growing base of computer
professionals subscribing to its IT*CareerNET technology staffing services.
