Hi Tuck,

I too missed the floor of $17. I bought at $18. There was no real volume in the 16's. Couple fast trades.

Well Bloomburg has the news on the secondary. Can't figure why Yahoo didn't pick it up. Wierd Science...

Drugstore.com's Additional 6.02 Mln Common Shares Priced At 18
By Joe Celinski
Bellevue, Washington, March 15 (Bloomberg) -- Following are the details
from Drugstore.com's additional offering of 6.02 million common shares at a
price of 18.

Company: Drugstore.com, Inc.
Lead Manager: Morgan Stanley Dean Witter
Common: 6.02 million
Price: $18.00
Amount: $108.36 million
Gross Spread: $.90
Selling Concession: $.54
Underwriting Fee: $.18
Management Fee: $.18
Reallowance: $
Trade Date: March 15, 2000
Settle Date: March 21, 2000

Apparently they started trickeling it out yesterday @ $19...Ran through today @$17 Avg $18 I suppose that is how they work it. Should be an interesting several weeks. Daytraders caused the weakness midday when they exited when they realized this was a tank sitting on the ask. What's with those guys anyway. In & out in a day w/o knowing where their money is invested.

About 2.5 million of the SPO appears to have traded today. That leaves 3.5 million more shares. Hmmm where are they going to pop up at. Friday could be much like today.

I hope there is a story behind all this money being raised. Funny how they can move stock at the blink of an eye. Look over here DSCM @$18. & they get 16 times the avg daily volume.

Ah Tomorrow Technicals suggest it should trade up. If the tank is still there it won't budge again.

BEST WISHES
Jeffrey

Hi Tuck,

Any thoughts on the Wireless Sector. I am looking to shift my focus from Biotech as it enters it's cyclical down period & corrects. Care to join me in screening a few of these babies. Wish there was a screener that limits itself to sectors...Know of any good screeners?

Here is an overview of the companies available to target...

PS: Keep an eye on PCTH for a consolidation entry point. $3.5 or so. Also watch CYPB for a potential Head & Shoulders formation over the next two weeks. Seek a low today or Monday. Just realize the downside there is $2.5 to $3 if it continues to correct. Upside maybe $5 if it doesn't.

Best Wishes
Jeffrey
