RE:"I bought a Molecular Biology of the Gene text but then realized I needed more Biochemistry so I had to get a hold of one of those texts but then I found my organic chemistry has faded so I figure by summer or fall I'll be ready to invest in Biotech."...

Biotech ought be be way up, way down or about the same by then...<G>

Hi Rich

Thank you for spending quite a bit of time with your report to me. It was most appreciated and well thought out.
I am pleased to see an impressive day unfold with the Dow and it was great to see some substantial recovery with the Nasdaq in the late session. In all fairness to Mr. Clinton I do not think he or Mr. Blair would have anticipated a sudden shift in sentiment and psychology based on their comments a few days past. The markets which had been up strong retreated violently as the speech unfolded and it triggered a severe downturn in the Nasdaq. Hopefully, better days are coming and now the ball is once again in Greenspan's court.

Best Wishes
Frank
