Negative Yield Curve?

I was watching CNBC this morning and their guest host had mentioned that we are entering a negative yield curve (or we're already in it). Could someone please explain to me what she is talking about and perhaps a link to a sample chart somewhere on the web (showing what two yields they were talking about).
