I think most of the money in WEB isn't speculative, ready to pull out when people get bored, I think there are many strong hands here.

Remember Latimer's 160,000 share buy a few weeks back? Latimer hasn't been back, that million $ is still in. Merrill has been the heaviest buyer in March, up about 215,000 shares. Prior to that they'd been net sellers for some time; they've been buying back in March what they sold earlier, and at much higher prices.

Could WEB hit 5.50? Sure, it could; but it won't stay there, IMO!
