On the HTML Island Viewer right now for COMS you can see an "s" after the price 63 11/16s on the bid. There was one after 66s on the ask but it just disappeared.

EDIT:

Just looked at the help for ISLD Viewer. It contains the following:

14. Subscriber Only Indicator

An "S" indicates that this order was designated as an "S-ONLY" when it was entered. "S-ONLY" orders are not represented in the ISLD quote on NASDAQ

S is actual shares. So if you see an Island on your Real Tick 3 Level 2 with 98s, that means there are 98 shares. If you saw 98 that would mean there are 9800 shares.
