You can't. Trading halted end of business day Wednesday. Wait for your $1.29!!! a share from these pirates, or hopefully there will be legal recourse; class action papers already filed in Delaware. Personally, I'd rather give it all to the attorneys and make life miserable for these sell-outs. See RAGINGBULL.COM XSNI posts.

They will become even richer billionaires with YOUR money as they get IPO shares and perks; re: the great sell-out; in exchange for screwing you out of your shares.

When I'm wrong, I'm wrong, and I was wrong with this one; thought we were dealing with ethical people here. At least I bought at $<2, so I'll only take a small bath at worst.

Your broker should eventually get the $1.29 per share in cash that XSNI arranged for US shareholders to receive. But you can't sell your shares on any US market.

Except E-Bay, as collectors items.
