Frankly, the only reason I can see is that the MM's are smelling a major rally coming in the NAZ and they wanted to load up their inventory at better prices. Once it broke through $40, they got a lot of stop losses scooped, the volume during the last three bucks of the drop was not really that big, I watched it trying to time my reentry all the way from about 39.5 (as I mentioned on Steve's thread). HAUP was similar earlier in the day, and closed with an actual gain, a swing of more than 20 bucks. Zeev
