Hi... CEGE - the downtick vol out weighs the uptick 7:5 but most of the downtick vol came early in the day when everything tanked... I think the most important time of the day was the midday when it was consolidating btwn 26 - 27+, there was a telltale trace of continuing accumulation in 1000 sh blocks... not the normal 5000 when they want to "show" accumulation and get everyone all excited once more... this convinced me that it's time to buy. When the 5000+ blocks start rolling in (only 21 for the day), then it "may" mean they're giving up subterfuge and they want as many they can get in the shortest possible time. Normally that reasoning works for me... but who really knows? :)) The last half hour spike could be a hook since the 1000 blocks initiated it and stopped at 27+, the retail picked it up and boosted it to where it is... the buyside continued with a couple bigger blocks AH and tapered off with a only a single 13.5k on the sellside. We'll see how the MM's tickle it tomorrow...

SF

PS: Looks like they reprinted the AH tape... at 16:02:27 a block sell at the bid of 28 11/16 for 300,700 shares was executed... oh well. The game continues...
