Yes Tony, you called this one. Still think something is going on with AOL, but should have figured it might be 3-6 months before anything became of it. I'll bet as HJ tries to squeeze every last drop he's screwing up the deal.

On the surface, it would appear this company is totally incompetent and missing earnings again will likely prevent the stock from reaching it's intrinsic value for some time. I hate this company/stock/CEO and have been in this strictly to realize a more rational percentage of intrinsic value as credibility improved. Who would have guessed they'd miss earnings again (I should have). Regardless of the AOL deal outcome, IDTC will likely have a huge credibility cloud follow them around for a long time. HJ is the problem and should be immediately canned by the BOD.

All ya can do is laugh at today's story<g>. Funny how a person can win and lose at the same time<g>.

In conclusion...LOL. I've sure earned my place on this thread. LOL, LOL, LOL. Where's "LOL vinh".

The more I think about it, the more I just can't believe this unbelievable story...

1) No questions being taken on "advice of counsel"

2) TYCO litigation, can't comment

LOL...unbelievable

3) HJ not speaking because of laryngitis.

LOL! Couldn't they have done better than that?

4) Courter stated that in the future they will be
able to discuss things that they cannot discuss today.

ROFL - ENOUGH ALREADY! LOL, my sides are gonna split.

I think I finally understand why HJ referred to IDTC shareholders as ignorant...we are! LOL.
