$$$$$$NotNeiderhoffer Initiates Coverage on Merrill Lynch Broadband HOLDRS with AVOID$$$$$$

*Investors should avoid this awful derivative due to its 18% weighting in LUzer.

*Avoid until CMVT's weighting in the BDH exceeds LUzer's.

*If you want to piss away your money buy an overbought Old Economy stock.

*This security is NotAppropriate for widows, orphans or even daytraders.

*Komansky should probably be fired for letting his alchemist's dream this up.

*Just buy more CMVT and plan on early retirement

*Buying CMVT makes Janus pay up for this stock and delays Jim Goff's 13-D filing
