I noticed your notes on ICOM after I posted my questions. You said:

The release also stated that the net effect of the placement would be to increase the shares outstanding by approximately
by 1.3 million shares. I think that represents a fairly small amount of "dilution" in exchange for no debt and operating capital.

It's very interesting. Certainly worth a further look.
