Thanks Teflon, I noticed your notes on ICOM after I posted my questions. The fact that the new common private placement ocurred absent a significant discount and/or warrants leads me to believe the investors in this round are very bullish on the company.<< The release also stated that the net effect of the placement would be to increase the shares outstanding by approximately by 1.3 million shares. I think that represents a fairly small amount of "dilution" in exchange for no debt and operating capital. It's very interesting. Certainly worth a further look. bp
