Impristine; Take a look on the INSP board - specifically the posts of A.L. Reagan. This member has some great logical arguments which support your shorting theory. I found his posts very enjoyable to read and he makes a great case for INSP being overvalued. S Pal

I've been following this INFOSPACE story recently. And i'm cracking up...because among other things... the ceo...reminds me of a charismatic revival leader... (Listening to the conference call)...I was ready to jump up in the air,,, click my heels together and SCREAM... Naveeen Jain for President :0)(hubba hubba)... Sounds like Bezos, Maybe they are brothers. Help me Glenn...I'm having this terrible urge to Short it with all the mini-mustard i have....I need some self control here...LOL. Don't short. Risk/reward is not as good in my opinion.
