Thread, I have a question. What are the major issues preventing DOCSIS certification of Terayon's S-CDMA modems? Is Terayon un-willing to place its IPR in a pool or just that Terayon has not been able to get an S-CDMA product that works with the DOCSIS standard?

I would appreciate someone providing a reference or some information that sheds light on this matter. thanks.
