the inter-day high was 153. Do you really think JDSU will go back to that level with in the next two months or three for that matter? Until it does it is going sideways.. That's a rather creative use of the term "sideways". At the time you posted, JDSU was at about 120.0. If it goes up 25% from there, you'll still say it's moving sideways. Hmmm. We'll see what happens around earnings.
