my folks trained me to think real estate...so thats where my money went......I have had to pick carefully but that I have done and even in this market have had some real killings but nothing like some of these internet run ups.....never will there be a day when you make a 1000 % in 3 months like is happening with so many since this november....none the less I like the safety and as you say someday inflation will be back....boy right now hate to say it a little dose of inflation and I would be sitting pretty.....make your thread...I could contribute plenty

Despite a Yahoo search on "Beaver Creek" and
"Bachelor's Gulch" I've been unable to confirm
some news a recently-skiing friend told me. He
said that Bachelor's Gulch property recently
sold 1,100 lots at a million a piece. Most homes
for the lots will go for $2.5 to $3.0 mm with
many unmortgaged.

Can anyone verify?
